AccuNOC's parent company, Bond Business Services, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Jeffrey A. Bond. Dedicated to providing superior IT field service and superior customer service, BBS became a premier service organization throughout its tenure. Over the years, as technology advancements allowed for greater remote access to remote customer sites, BBS began to focus its strengths on developing premier remote access services. Historically, we've found that about 95% of all PC and server issues can be resolved via a remote access session. With that in mind, BBS's redirected its resources toward the sale and support of remote services; hence, the advent of AccuNOC.

Born in 2008 with a spirit of innovation and eye toward the future, AccuNOC, a managed service provider, provides its customers on demand access to highly skilled and screened service technicians. Rather than waiting days or weeks for an untrained technician, our customers can connect to our network operations center within a matter of seconds and have their issues resolved in a few minutes. A testimony to working smarter, AccuNOC is consistently implementing improvements and additions to its online support services to better fulfill the needs of its customers.
